New Waterfront Build

Bealecon is currently working on this stunning property to develop a 7,000 SF three-story home on the water in east Boca Raton. The existing 1,600 SF house located on this property was demolished in October 2021, the new construction is on schedule to be completed by August 2022.

Project Description

Bealecon served as the engineer of record/architect and currently as the General Contractor for this gorgeous home on the water. The home includes an open layout with a club room, office space, 4 garages, 5 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, an elevator and a third-floor movie room facing the water. The backyard was entirely reconstructed to include a pool with jacuzzi, lanai, outdoor kitchen/bar and pergola.

New piles, seawall, concrete dock and boat pier are part of this amazing transformation, elevating the terrain several feet to meet current design elevations and maximizing the irregular property lines shape to create a breathtaking outdoor space.
